Simer S. Mayo, CEO
Simer is the CEO of nVision, overseeing all aspects of the company’s strategy. Prior to joining nVision, Simer worked with top consulting companies around the globe in different technical and leadership roles. Simer’s drive for excellence and commitment to customer delivery have been keystones for nVision’s growth.
Simer brings over 15 years of experience in global business and holds a Masters from MIT and a Bachelors from Delhi University, India. Simer is an avid sports fan, enjoys traveling and loves outdoors. He is married to his beautiful wife of 12 years, Vicki and has 2 kids.
Simer is very passionate in helping with youth initiatives and provides leadership to several non-profit organizations and charities. Simer is an active member of YPO (Young President’s Organization) and GPL (Greater Phoenix Leadership).
David L. Stevens, President
David is the President of nVision. David is passionate about relational capital, earning trust, building excellent teams and delivering technology with first-class customer service. David is a proud veteran who served his Country in the U.S. Army and he enjoys hiking, travel, and the beach.
Previously, David was the Executive Vice President of Valor Global and before that he was the Chief Information Officer for Maricopa County, AZ – the fourth largest and fastest growing County in the Nation; it is larger than 23 States by population with an overall budget of $2.2 Billion dollars and a technology budget of $200 Million dollars. David was selected as a 2015 Premier 100 Leader by Computer World for his demonstrated leadership and strategic vision to meet the needs of technology and business. Most recently he was selected to be part of the 2017 Business Transformation 150 – a global group of top executives leading digital business. David also serves a member of the Arizona Institute for Digital Progress’ Smart and Connected Council. David has presented at national conferences and is published in a variety of magazines, as well as serving on a number of advisory boards and committees.
Dan Meyer, CTO
Dan was born and raised in Minnesota before making his journey to the Southwest to attend the University of Arizona where he earned a B.A. with an emphasis on Management Information Systems. Shortly after he began his IT career at the University of Arizona Extended University. Initially providing desktop and network support, he quickly advanced and began teaching Certified Novell (CNE) and Microsoft (MCSE) courses for the University.
Dan founded nVision Networking with his original partner Lindsay Albisani in 1998. He has over 20 years of proven leadership in a technical organization and has been instrumental in the success and growth of nVision. In addition to his business leadership and acumen, Dan has led many large scale network and collaboration implementations participating in the engineering, planning and configuration.
His Midwest upbringing sprouted his adventure seeking and love of outdoors and now in the desert he continues find respite outdoors in the form of hiking and golf, often with his twin boys and his daughter. He spends several weeks a year in Minnesota enjoying fishing, water sports and spending time with his large extended family. Dan also enjoys traveling the world learning about and experiencing various cultures.
Vicki Mayo, Chief Legal Officer
Vicki is the Chief Legal Officer of nVision, overseeing all legal aspects including contract management.
Vicki brings over 15 years of business expertise across various sectors including tech, hospitality, and finance. Vicki is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with dual degrees in Political Science and Hospitality Administration.
Vicki is very passionate in youth initiatives, particularly in the foster care arena. She served as a court appointed special advocate, starting a siblings foster camp and is a co-founder of the Keys to Success program that provides support to foster children aging out of the system.
Joey Meijer, EVP North American Sales
Joey Meijer leads the North America Commercial & SLED Sales organization that delivers innovative and end-to-end technology solutions to help nVision commercial and public customers transform their IT and businesses. In this role, he is responsible for the go-to-market strategy for North America Commercial & Public sales across the nVision portfolio and guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer experience while achieving financial goals and market growth.
Prior to his current role, Joey was the Senior Director of Sales for DellEMC. He led North America sales specialist teams responsible for the go-to-market strategy for Dell’s commercial and public deployment, support, managed services and consultative practice. He oversaw the Dell’s Client and Enterprise Solution sales specialist organization, as well as business management functions including pricing, product line management, demand planning, consulting, channel alignment and partner management alignment. In Services Sales, the company saw year-over-year market share gains in the segment, became the largest support and deployment for Client and Enterprise worldwide, and expanded Dell Enterprise solutions 64% growth YoY, Dell Client solutions growth 32% YoY and Unit growth up 44% YoY, respectfully.
Before joining Dell in December of 2003, Joey worked for Gateway Computers, where he held a number of positions, including senior manager of Gateway's 5 eCommerce Data Centers in North America processing up to $2.5B in online eCommerce purchases. During his time at Gateway, he achieved market share growth, record profitability and expanded the company’s eCommerce base.
Joey originally joined the Dell team in 2003, as part of Dell’s Global Consultative Services team in North America. He then moved to Services Sales in 2006 to lead the North America Services Sales organization across the NA West Region. He was responsible for the Services portfolio across Client, Enterprise and Support for Dell’s consulting, deployment, cross-sell support, financial planning, demand/supply, Dell IP management, business intelligence, pricing (revenue and margin), delivery (SME, Architects and Principle Consultants), services sales and customer and alliance management.
Bryan Loving, EVP of SLED
A native to southern Arizona and a Univerity of Arizona graduate, Bryan has been an integral part of the nVision team for nearly twenty years. Bryan's 25 years of experience working in technology includes strategic consulting for a variety of Fortune 500, State/Local Education, and large government agency accounts. With a customer centric approach, Bryan has proudly helped to create many longstanding relationships within these organizations dating back to the inception of nVision.
Bryan enjoys sports, fitness, and is passionate about living a healthy and productive lifestyle. He has been married to his lovely wife Jenna of 19 years, and has three children.
Dustin Hamilton, Director of Technology and Services
Dustin is the Director of Technology and Services at nVision Networking. He brings over 25 years of experience in technology and managed services, and has a wide range of experience in customer service and delivery. Dustin has worked with some of the largest technology companies, such as Epson Electronics and the Samsung Group, providing world class customer service and delivery solutions. He was able to provide his customers key solutions to ensure quality and delivery that were essential to their manufacturing environments.
Dustin’s commitment to nVision’s customers is a key component in making sure nVision is delivering a service that is functional and provides value to the customer. Making sure our customers have the best technology for what they need is an essential goal for the services team at nVision.
Dustin is married to his beautiful wife, Michelle and has two daughters and a step son. Dustin enjoys travel, animals (pugs especially), and loves being near the water.
